Upon full payment, you will receive ownership of the final website and associated assets designed specifically for your project. Patoniq retains the right to use non-confidential project work for portfolio and marketing purposes unless otherwise agreed.

4. Payment Terms

A deposit (typically 50%) is required to begin work, with the balance due upon project completion or according to the agreed payment schedule. Late payments may result in project delays or suspension of services.

5. Revisions and Changes

Our proposals include a specified number of revision rounds. Additional revisions or significant scope changes may incur extra charges. We will always discuss any additional costs with you before proceeding.

6. Limitation of Liability

Patoniq Web Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of South Africa. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of South Africa.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
